I help people manage and recover from chronic conditions — diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disorders, stress-related illness — using naturopathy, yoga therapy and psychotherapy, without losing sight of what modern medicine does well. Over 20+ years of clinical practice, my work has stayed rooted in one idea: traditional healing wisdom and modern healthcare are stronger together than apart. I currently serve as Medical Director at Shri Sivalaya Holistic Natural Healing Hospital (Kangeyam, Tamil Nadu), and as Chief Medical Officer and Professor at Kongu Naturopathy Yoga Medical College Hospital (Perundurai). I also advise Cauvery Nature Cure Center and work as an Expert Consultant and Trainer with The Consulting Co, Coimbatore — where I bring the same evidence-minded approach to organizational wellbeing, soft skills, and emotional intelligence training.
