About
I'm a Naturopathic Physician and founder of Sri Ram Naturopathy Hospital in Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu. My mission is to help people prevent, manage, and reverse lifestyle-related diseases through evidence-based natural medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. Clinically, I focus on metabolic disorders, weight management, skin health, and post-stroke recovery - using Lifestyle Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Acupuncture, Electro-acupuncture, Ozone Therapy, Reflexology, and Yoga Therapy. Root-cause, personalized intervention over symptom management is the principle behind all of it. Research is a growing part of that work. I'm currently developing a case study on acupuncture and dietary protocols for hypertension management, aimed at peer-reviewed publication - the first step toward my longer-term goal of becoming a physician-scientist who contributes through research and publications, not just clinical practice. Outside the clinic, I'm building the infrastructure to deliver this at scale - online consultations, structured health education content, and Al-assisted tools that let me reach patients beyond Dharapuram. Lifelong learning runs alongside it: I'm currently deepening my grounding in Functional Medicine, Behavioral Medicine, Research Methodology, and Neuroscience. I welcome connections with clinicians, researchers, and collaborators in integrative and lifestyle medicine - and I'm always open to consultation queries, in-clinic, home visit, or online.
