Restoring Function in a Case of Left Wrist Drop Through Naturopathy and Manipulative Therapies
As a practitioner of naturopathy and yoga,I frequently encounter complex musculoskeletal conditions in my out-patient department. Recently, a male patient presented to our hospital with a diagnosed complaint of a wrist drop in his left hand.
To address this condition, we formulated a targeted treatment plan integrating specialized naturopathy interventions alongside comprehensive physiotherapy, which included both electrotherapy and exercise therapy. Additionally, we advised the patient to acquire a splint and use it consistently as part of his daily routine.
After one and a half months of dedicated care, the patient’s condition has remarkably progressed. He is now able to extend his fingers, grip objects effectively, and even ride a bike. I am very glad to share the successful outcome of this case.
